1. Wonder spice STOPS Alzheimer’s in its tracks

    I’ve had countless people come to me in full panic when their memories start to slip.

    They’re worried that they’re on the road to Alzheimer’s… and they even fear becoming a burden on their families. 

    At first, it’s missing keys... then it’s getting lost in the grocery store... or forgetting how to get home.

    Curcumin is well-known for helping to control inflammation – a MAJOR threat to your brain. There have been thousands of studies on it.  

    Plus, it’s known to cross the blood-brain barrier and can have a direct impact on your brain. 

    That’s what caught the eyes of researchers at the UCLA Longevity Center.

    They studied the effects of curcumin on 40 adults between the ages of 50 and 90. They all had mild memory loss complaints — a sign Alzheimer’s is right around the corner. 

    And the results of the study were LIFE-CHANGING. 

    Participants were given cognitive tests involving recall and attention span every 6 months. Half the group took a placebo, the other half took 90 mg of curcumin twice a day. 

    At 18 months, the curcumin group tested 28% better on the memory test. The placebo group showed no improvement at all. 

    Even more shocking is what happened to their brains.

    Thirty participants had PET (positron emission tomography) scans on their brains before and after the study. 

    Researchers tested for beta amyloid and tau signals. These are two key indicators for Alzheimer’s -- you DON’T want to see them. 

    The placebo group showed no change. But the curcumin group’s levels DROPPED DRASTICALLY after taking it for just 18 months.  

    Curcumin was actually REVERSING some of the key causes of Alzheimer’s.  

    Even better, curcumin is a trendy supplement now – which means it’s available just about anywhere.  

    You can pick it up online or at a local shop for pennies a day.

    When we retire, most of us pick up new hobbies and interests.

    And those nighttime sleeping hours are when your brain basically flushes itself of toxins and plaques that can lead to Alzheimer’s. 

    There’s actually a very strong link between poor sleep and Alzheimer’s.  

    Second, daytime sleepiness can actually be a sign of early Alzheimer’s itself.  

    As Alzheimer’s-causing toxins (like heavy metals) build up in our systems, they can attack our brains and thyroids and cause symptoms like fatigue.   

    To improve your sleep, your best bet is to try a supplement like melatonin. Melatonin actually helps regulate our sleep cycles, but your levels can dip with age.
