1. [URGENT WARNING] “Darling” antibiotic can cause your aorta to EXPLODE

The latest FDA warning names well-known drugs in an ALARMING REPORT…

The agency has declared the benefits of fluoroquinolone antibiotic drugs do NOT outweigh the risks.

Now, you might recognize a few of these names: Cipro, Factive, Levaquin, Avelox, Noroxin, and Floxin.

They are responsible for 30 million outpatient prescriptions each year.

And it “turns out” the drugs:

    • Negatively impact mental health;
    • Significantly decrease blood sugar; and
    • Have a disabling effect on nerves, joints, muscles, and the central nervous system.

That means you’ve probably taken them without knowing the heart risk

You may not have even noticed the boxed warning that says they can rupture your tendons.

Folks, this about-face by the FDA is truly sickening.

Remember, these drugs were originally APPROVED by the agency!!

It’s about time to QUIT mainstream’s game...

Today, I’ll show you how you can avoid antibiotics altogether, so they can KEEP their revisionist warnings.

    Warning: exploding aorta ahead

Two studies—just two—have caused the FDA to release its warning.

Both noted an increase in aortic aneurysms due to fluoroquinolone antibiotics. (An aortic aneurysm is when your aorta swells and bursts, causing internal bleeding.)

These studies were completed in two different countries and over a HALF MILLION patients were evaluated.

After seeing these studies, the FDA was forced to face the truth: antibiotics are often unnecessary and DEADLY.

    What to do instead

Fluoroquinolones are primarily prescribed for respiratory and urinary tract infections.

Now, you’re not going to be able to completely avoid these illnesses, but you can SIGNIFICANTLY decrease your chances of getting them with these simple strategies:

    • Thoroughly wash your hands with regular soap and water.
Spend at least 30 seconds scrubbing your hands with soap.
    • Don’t touch your face.
This is one of the most powerful strategies I employ. The gateways to your body are through your eyes, and the mucus membranes in your nose and mouth. If you keep your hands away from these areas, you’ll have a much easier time avoiding infection.
    • Eat healthy and stay active.
These are two simple ways to keep your immune system humming when everyone else’s is breaking down. Be sure to stay active even when the weather is cold outside.
    • Supplement with vitamins D3 and C.

In the winter months, you’ll need about 4,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 3 grams of vitamin C – daily – to boost your immune system. When the sun comes out and you get outdoors, you can reduce your vitamin D3 to about 2,000 IUs a day.

  2. Jungle discovery leaves pain researchers SPEECHLESS

I don’t need to tell you that Big Pharma is trying to brainwash us.

You can’t turn on the TV these days without seeing a commercial for some new “wonder pill!”

And whenever you walk into a doctor’s office, everything from the tissues to the pens have a drug company logo on them.

Get sick? Take a prescription drug. That’s what the mainstream wants us to think.

But what would happen if all of those ads… and all of those pills… didn’t exist?

A fascinating discovery has just been made on the island of Borneo in the Pacific Ocean.

It’s leaving pain researchers speechless – and it could forever change how you look at natural medicine.

Researchers had been following a group of orangutans when they noticed something amazing.

When the primates’ muscles got sore, they tore off the leaves on a plant called Dracaena cantleyi (it’s related to asparagus) and rubbed the resin on themselves.

Dracaena cantleyi is actually a powerful anti-inflammatory that has been shown to relieve muscle and joint pain. It’s mainly used in Pacific Island folk medicine.

But just think about that for a second: These orangutans are actually wired to look for cures in nature. They instinctively know that these cures exist, and they seek them out.

I’ve been saying for years that nature has given us all we need to heal just about any health condition or disease.

I’m talking about everything from diabetes… to cancer… to memory loss… to chronic pain.

We just need to step outside the Big Pharma bubble and look.

Now, Dracaena cantleyi is a bit of a local remedy, and you’re not really going to find it in America.

But there are plenty of all-natural pain relievers out there. Some of my favorite include:

    • Curcumin: This anti-inflammatory compound comes from the spice turmeric and has been proven effective against severe arthritis.
    • White willow bark: This is the natural remedy that the drug companies copied when they developed aspirin. But it’s a lot less harsh on your gastrointestinal system.
    • Arnica: This herb can even be purchased as a topical for quick pain relief.

You can buy these natural remedies at just about any online or local supplement shop – and for a lot less than you’d spend on pain drugs.
