Dangerous coronavirus hits home (How to PROTECT yourself)

Just when you thought the flu was the only deadly virus making waves around the States… we now have to worry about a new “killer virus.”

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard of the health-related boogeyman that’s been grabbing headlines.

The coronavirus.

This pneumonia-like virus has already killed 17 people and affected hundreds in both its native China and at least six other countries – including the U.S.

As news continues to spread and death rolls rise, you may begin to worry about how dangerous this virus is.

That’s why I wanted to reach out to you today…

The new deadly outbreak

You might think that just because you’re not planning to travel to China anytime soon – and don’t know anyone who has – that you’re in the clear.

But here’s the thing: the coronavirus is well on its way to pandemic proportions…meaning we’re seeing outbreaks in multiple countries around the world (including the U.S., as I mentioned earlier).

And it can be spread through the air by a cough or sneeze – which means you could catch this virus just about anywhere.

Not to mention, the coronavirus can even bad passed through objects or surfaces you touch.

If you have a weakened immune system—particularly seniors and children—you’re the most vulnerable.

Now, the scariest part of this infection is that it disguises itself as a cold…

You’ll start with a runny nose, fever, and a sore throat.

Then next thing you know, you’re down for the count.

And because it’s a viral infection – and not bacterial – antibiotics won’t touch it.

If coronavirus takes hold in your body, it could lead to pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure… even death.

So the first thing I want you to do is make sure to keep track of your symptoms. If you start experiencing any of the following, contact your doctor immediately:

  • Wheezing
  • Shortness of breath
  • Chest tightness

To avoid coronavirus completely, here are five tips for protecting yourself and your loved ones:

  1. The best defense against any virus is to strengthen your immune system. Taking supplements like vitamin C, zinc, elderberry, transfer factor, Echinacea, and monolaurin can help you to build up your body to keep those germs out of sight.
  2. Numerous studies have proven intravenous vitamin C can battle the common cold and other severe infections. IVC must be administered by a medical professional, so consult a holistic doctor to see what it can do for you.

  4. Don’t forget to wash your hands! Use plenty of soap and hot water, and don’t forget to wash for at least 20 seconds!

You should also try to avoid crowds if possible. If you can’t avoid a crowd, try not to stand next to people who are obviously ill. Avoid touching your eyes and mouth until you’ve had a chance to wash your hands, per tip No. 4 above.
