So-called health “experts” have been trying to get you to quit red meat for YEARS.

They’d stamp a skull and crossbones right on your porterhouse if they could!

They’ll even tell you that red meat can cause everything from heart disease to cancer.

The only problem?

It’s all LIES and propaganda – and a new study proves it.

In fact, red meat could be one of the HEALTHIEST things you can eat if you want to prevent a heart attack or stroke.

In the study called PURE, researchers looked at the dietary habits of 138,000 people worldwide.

And guess what they found?

The people who ate the MOST red meat had LESS heart disease and lived LONGER.

This puts red meat back on the menu where it belongs. And puts the anti-meat myths to rest.

The fact is, red meat contains lots of essential nutrients that you just won’t find in fruits and vegetables.

And it’s also rich in B vitamins, like B6 and folate.

B6 and folate fight heart disease by lowering levels of an amino acid called homocysteine. High levels of homocysteine are linked with increased risk for heart attacks, strokes, and more.

I’m certainly not surprised by ANOTHER study vindicating red meat.

By now you know that I recommend the Paleo (a.k.a. “caveman”) diet for a healthy heart, healthy blood sugar levels, and more. It focuses on nutrient-dense meats (including red meat), fish, eggs, full-fat dairy, nuts and seeds, along with fresh fruits and vegetables.

So go ahead and add red meat back to the menu.

But I’d recommend you buy organic grass-fed beef. That’s because meat from animals that graze in a pasture is higher in nutrients and beneficial fatty acids.

These animals have a naturally healthy lifestyle and diet compared to animals stuffed with grain in factory feed lots.  Even better, organic meat is free of antibiotics and toxic chemicals.
