RETURNS
Need to return a product? Follow the easy steps outlined below to expedite a refund or replacement.

1. Call Customer Service at 1-800-913-2602 or 915-855-5594 and request a Return Authorization Number.
2. Give the Customer Service Representative (CSR) your Name, Customer Number, Order Number, and the Name or Number of the product you are returning. All these items appear on your packing slip.
3. Don't have your packing slip? No problem! Our CSR will ask you for some basic information so we can pull up your order information from our database.
4. The CSR will give you a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of the package you are returning. This will expedite processing of the return.
5. If possible, enclose a copy of your packing slip with the returned product.
